Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Driver to safely transport residents to and from the nursing home using the company vehicle. You will assist wheelchair-bound residents with boarding and alighting and operate wheelchair lifts as required.

The role emphasizes resident safety, comfort, and adherence to road safety norms while performing routine vehicle cleaning and checks. Monday to Friday office hours apply.

Qualifications

• Possess a min of GCE 'N' Levels with a valid class 3 driving license and at least 2 years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from the nursing home using the company vehicle.
• Assist wheelchair-bound and mobility-impaired residents with boarding and alighting from the vehicle.
• Operate wheelchair lifts and other accessibility equipment safely and appropriately.
• Ensure the comfort, care, and safety of residents throughout transportation.
• Drive responsibly and safely under various road and weather conditions.
• Maintain a high level of road safety and ensure the safety of residents, other road users, and the public.
• Carry out regular cleaning and washing of the vehicle according to the assigned schedule.
• Perform basic checks to ensure the vehicle is clean, safe, and roadworthy.
