About the role

We are seeking a skilled and professional Driver to join ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative. This is a full-time position based in Bagumbayan, Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods, materials, and personnel whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and safety. This role is critical to ensuring our operations run smoothly and our customers receive reliable service delivery.

What you’ll be doing

• Operating vehicles safely and efficiently whilst adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies
• Transporting goods, equipment, and personnel to designated locations in a timely manner
• Conducting vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure mechanical fitness and safety compliance
• Maintaining accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, mileage, and delivery documentation
• Loading and unloading cargo safely and securely to prevent damage
• Communicating effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues
• Performing routine vehicle maintenance and reporting any mechanical problems immediately
• Ensuring vehicles are kept clean and presentable at all times
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and company procedures

What we’re looking for

• Valid professional driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type to be operated
• Minimum of 2-3 years of driving experience in a commercial or logistics environment
• Proven track record of safe driving with a clean driving record
• In-depth knowledge of local road networks and traffic regulations in Metro Manila
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance
• Excellent time management and organisational skills to meet delivery deadlines
