Job summary

Autohub Group of Companies in the Philippines seeks a professional driver to ensure safe and timely vehicle transfers, including road tests and service appointments. You will handle pickups and deliveries and maintain the prescribed logbook.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, at least two years driving experience (manual and automatic), and a valid professional driver’s license 1 and 2. Location is 138 Quezon Avenue, Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Professional Driver's License 1 & 2.
• Experience with vehicle transfer/delivery and logbook records.

Responsibilities

• Safely and timely delivery of vehicle transfer services.
• Drive vehicles during road tests and service appointments.
• Record transfer details in the prescribed logbook.
• Pick up and drop off vehicles to clients and workshop.
• Inform supervisor of movements and follow instructions.
• Ensure vehicle keys are properly endorsed to guards, clients, and supervisor.
• Provide driving support to technicians.
• Install vehicle protection covers and matting on receipt or listing.

Job description

• Primarily responsible for safe and timely delivery of vehicle transfer services, driving services during road testing and service appointments and vehicle care and maintenance.
• Provides car transfer services inside the workshop area as required by clients and/or directed by the workshop supervisor.
• Records the following information on the prescribed logbook of the vehicles transferred.
• Picks up vehicles for repair and/or drops off vehicles repaired to and from clients residence.
• Updates the workshop supervisor on the movements of the transferred vehicles and ensures that any additional instructions are carried out.
• Ensures that the vehicle keys are properly endorsed to the guard on duty, clients, and workshop supervisor.
• Provides driving services support to technicians.
• Takes proper measures when driving / moving vehicles, ensuring that vehicles are securely delivered from one site to another.
• Ensures that vehicle protection covers and matting are installed upon receipt of the vehicle or during the check listing/ inspection.
• Education: High School Graduate
• Work experience: Two (2) years relevant driving experience (manual and automatic vehicles)
• Eligibility: Professional Drivers License 1, 2
• Location: 138 Quezon Avenue, Brgy. Tatalon, Quezon City
