The Medical City is seeking a skilled and reliable Driver to join our logistics and transport operations. This full-time role is based in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.

You will be responsible for safe and timely delivery of medical supplies, equipment, and other essential materials to support our healthcare operations. The Driver will perform daily vehicle inspections, assist passengers, drive assigned routes to various locations, and escort patients as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional driver’s license with LTO restriction 2
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
• 2+ years chauffeuring experience at executive level
• Shift flexibility and on-site work
• Immediate start available

Responsabilités

• Safely and orderly transport of passengers to destinations
• Complete daily vehicle inspections, fueling, and maintenance
• Assist passengers getting in/out of vehicles and provide support as needed
• Drive assigned routes to various locations including work sites, medical facilities, and pharmacies
• Assist patients with wheelchairs and mobility devices; maintain trip records
• Exercise judgment in handling unusual passenger safety situations
• Escort patients to rooms/wards and perform related duties as assigned

About the role

The Medical City is seeking a skilled and reliable Driver to join our logistics and transport operations. This is a full-time position based in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. As a Driver, you will be instrumental in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of medical supplies, equipment, and other essential materials to support our healthcare operations. This role is critical to maintaining our supply chain efficiency and supporting the quality of service we provide to our patients and healthcare partners.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for the safe and orderly transportation of passengers to and from their destinations.
• Assumes responsibility for completion of daily vehicle inspections, fueling, care and maintenance of van, washes van, cleans interior and exterior, maintains accurate trip number and records, takes van to service provider for maintenance and repair.
• Assists passengers in getting in and out of vehicles, and extends help as needed.
• Drives an assigned route to transport individuals to and from various locations, work sites, educational institutions, medical facilities, drug stores, and other locations.
• Assists patients in securing wheelchairs and other mobility devices. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a variety of records, such as timedeparture and arrival, purpose of trip, number of passengers per day, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.
• Independent judgement must be exercised in handling unusual situations arising from passengers safety and needs.
• Escorting patients to their assigned room or ward is also part of the drivers job. Performs related/other duties that may be assigned

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
• With excellent customer service skill
• Must have a professional driver’s license with at least restriction 2 issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Skillful to drive both Manual and Automatic transmission motor vehicle
• General Experience: With at least two (2) years of work experience in chauffeuring at executive level
• Amenable for shifting schedule and on-site work.
• Can start immediately.
