• A Driver is responsible for transporting goods, passengers, or materials from one location to another in a safe and efficient manner. The driver is expected to follow road safety regulations, maintain the vehicle, and provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or passengers.
• Transport Goods or Passengers: Drive vehicles to designated locations as per the schedule and routes provided. Ensure safe and timely deliveries or pickups.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine checks on the vehicle before and after each trip, ensuring it is in good condition. Report any issues and arrange for necessary repairs.
• Valid Driver's License: A valid, clean driving record and the necessary driving qualifications for the vehicle type (e.g., Class A, B, or C license for commercial vehicles).
• Good Driving Skills: Strong understanding of road safety and driving regulations.
• Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate with passengers, clients, and other team members.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to sit for long periods and handle physical tasks related to loading/unloading (if applicable).
• Attention to Detail: Ability to perform vehicle inspections and notice when something is wrong with the vehicle.
