Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Draftsman with a focus on creating high-quality design documentation and accurately producing working drawings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit, alongside excellent attention to detail. This role involves site visits for documentation and client meetings, ensuring designs comply with safety and structural standards. Candidates should possess at least an associate degree in drafting or a related field and proven drafting experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate architectural and technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
• Prepare detail drawings using Sketchup software.
• Update and revise working drawings, Sketchup drawings as needed.
• Ensuring product designs meet required safety and structural standards.
• Regular site visits to Pampanga workshop to ensure projects construction and completion are all according to specs/details in working drawings.
• Site visits to existing and potential clients for data gathering, documentation, product inspection, taking measurements, etc.
• Assist in sourcing and procurement of materials according to working drawings and costing estimates.

Skills

Proven experience as a Draftsman or similar role

Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks

Strong understanding of engineering and architectural principles

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Good communication and teamwork skills

Time management and organizational abilities

Knowledge of building codes and construction standards

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Education

Associate degree or certification in drafting or related field
