Job summary

Sydenham Laboratories, Inc. invites applications for a Dispensing Pharmacist in Calabarzon. The role focuses on ensuring accuracy of raw materials to be dispensed to operations before production, within a collaborative team.

You will coordinate with Production Planner, verify control numbers against BMR, monitor material expiry, conduct line clearances, and ensure compliance with SOP, cGMP and ISO. Training and career development opportunities accompany a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered pharmacist with a license to practice in the Philippines.
• Fresh graduates or newly licensed pharmacists encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Residing in Cavite or nearby provinces.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Production Planner regarding production schedule and priorities for dispensing.
• Ensure all computations match the weights indicated from the BMR versus the actual weighing.
• Validate that the Control Number of the Actual Raw Material used matches the Control Number in the Batch Monitoring Record (BMR) and ensure all tags are signed by personnel and attached to the Raw Material to avoid mix-ups.
• Ensure the expiration of each Raw Material is not out of date.
• Conduct line clearance before and after dispensing of every batch and calibrate weighing balance prior to dispensing.
• Submit weekly report to superior on accomplishments, plans, problems, issues and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with SOP, cGMP and ISO.

About The Role

Sydenham Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a passionate and experienced Dispensing Pharmacist to join our team in Calabarzon. As a Dispensing Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of raw materials to be dispensed to operations before production. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate with the Production Planner regarding Production schedule and priorities for dispensing.
• Ensures that all computations are equivalent to the weigh indicated from the BMR versus the actual weighing
• Validates if the Control Number of the Actual Raw Material used is the same with the Control Number indicated in the Batch Monitoring Record (BMR) and make sure that all tags are properly signed by the personnel and attached to its designated Raw Material to avoid mix ups.
• Ensures the expiration of each Raw Material is not out of date
• Conducts line clearance before and after dispensing of every batch and calibrates all weighing balance prior the start of Dispensing
• Submits weekly report to superior on accomplishments, plans, problems, issues and concerns.
• Ensures compliance to SOP, cGMP and ISO

What we're looking for
