• Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment
• Stocking and organizing the dishwashing area to ensure a steady supply of clean items
• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness
• Assisting the kitchen team as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
• Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with kitchen and service staff
