Job summary

Elev8 Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Disbursement Officer for on-site work in Makati. The role requires 3–5 years in treasury or corporate finance, with strong Excel and financial modeling skills.

You will oversee daily disbursement operations, validate bills, manage vouchers, and collaborate with banking partners to drive process improvements across EMI, EHI, and ETMC. The position offers health coverage, life insurance, gym membership, and a range of leave benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of solid experience in treasury, disbursement, or corporate finance operations.
• Experience in managing banking relationships and overseeing cash positions across multiple business units preferred.

Responsibilities

• Disbursement Supervision: Coordinate daily disbursement operations across business units.
• Voucher Approval & System Management: Approve online disbursements and DV via SAP for EMI only.
• Transmittal & Bill Verification: Verify paid bills in transmittals using QB and SAP.
• Report Analysis & Management Review: Review Disbursement Reports and prepare analytical management reports.
• Fund & Credit Card Reconciliation: Reconcile petty cash, revolving funds, and credit card transactions.
• Banking Relations & Treasury Innovation: Collaborate with banks to improve disbursement methods.
• Process Optimization & Audit Support: Drive system improvements and support audits.
