Job summary

Allucent seeks a Director, Pharmacometrician to lead population PK analyses and guide pharmacometrics teams within a CPMS environment. You will mentor staff, shape study designs, and provide strategic client insights across development milestones.

You'll design, analyze, and interpret studies, contribute to regulatory documents, and represent clients in regulatory interactions while driving business development and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in drug development, pharmacometrics, or clinical pharmacology.
• Regulatory report writing experience is essential.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead population PK analyses using advanced modeling tools.
• Develop innovative PK analysis approaches for efficiency and accuracy.
• Design and interpret clinical pharmacology studies and dosing guidance.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients and own deliverables.
• Prepare PK sections for regulatory documents and interact with agencies.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
