Job summary

RSM is seeking an experienced professional to lead multiple diligence engagements within our Transaction Advisory Service Practice. You will advise clients on transaction risks and mentor managers and directors to ensure high-quality service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 9+ years of experience, with a track record of building advisory capabilities. A discretionary bonus is available based on performance.

Compensation

Compensation Range: $151,200 - $304,200. Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
