Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in the Philippines is seeking a talented multimedia content creator to craft engaging videos and social content. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Multimedia Arts or Digital Arts and has 2–3 years of experience editing videos that drive engagement.

You will produce content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn using CapCut Pro, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Canva to create dynamic visuals and motion graphics.

Qualifications

• Degree in Multimedia Arts or Digital Arts, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–3 years of video editing experience with engagement-focused content.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong storytelling, creativity and ability to think outside the box.
• Proficiency in CapCut Pro, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Graphic design skills using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva.
• Portfolio showcasing modern video and graphic content.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, typography and social media trends is a plus.
• Experience producing content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn is desirable.
