Job summary

PwC SEAC in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Manager to lead client engagements and provide strategic, end‑to‑end advisory in digital transformation for the financial services sector.

You will shape growth strategies, optimize costs, and drive change across processes, technologies and organizational structures while mentoring junior team members and contributing to thought leadership and client governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in business, economics, finance or related field.
• 8–11 years relevant experience in consulting or Banking/FS industry.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with executive engagement.
• Certifications: Agile, Scrum, PMP, Lean/Six-Sigma advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the financial services sector, ideate and develop industry level PoVs, identifying opportunities for business development and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Lead and deliver client engagements and collaborate with senior executives, their team as well as our global network of consultants and specialists to identify enhancements to existing processes, policies, technologies and organization structure.
• Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on complex business issues including growth strategies, cost optimization, digital transformation and regulatory compliance.
• Define and develop roadmaps, optimal target operating model and deliver transformation and change projects which help address our clients’ evolving needs along the dimensions of insight, efficiency and effectiveness, and control.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support on project delivery and career development.
• Contribute to the development of thought and leadership content and participate industry conferences and events to enhance the firm's reputation as a leading financial services consulting practice.
• Devise sustainable and inclusive growth strategies with respect to new Environmental Sustainability & Governance initiatives within major Financial Institutions
