Datawords Philippines is hiring a Digital Specialist I to support the Tech team in Paris and the 24/7 Datawords team, ensuring high-quality project output across multilingual teams. The role involves assisting with webmastering tasks, coordinating with project managers, and staying aligned with project goals.

You will work with diverse offices on CMS tasks, training sessions, and daily check-ins, with shifting hours in a hybrid setup.

Formación

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0 to 1 year of experience in a similar role or internship experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) and website administration.
• Experience in mobile and desktop quality assurance.
• Basic experience in website design and responsiveness.
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in webmastering tasks for client websites through different CMS.
• Handle several project requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Share daily activity updates with the team.
• Participate in training sessions, daily calls, and meetings as assigned.
• Stay updated on changes to client platforms.
• Coordinate with global counterparts.
• Maintain and update internal trackers.
• Report issues encountered in the CMS.
• Perform related duties as assigned by lead or manager.

Digital Specialist I

The Digital Specialist I supports the Tech team in Paris and the 24/7 Team in Datawords to ensure high-quality project output. They work with Project Managers and multilingual teams across different offices to align output with project goals, handle webmastering requests with training and supervision, and provide on-call coverage.

• Assist in webmastering tasks for the different client websites through different CMS,

• Share daily activity to the team,
• Participate in training sessions, daily calls, and meetings as assigned,
• Stay updated on changes to different client platforms,
• Assist in coordination with global counterparts,
• Maintain and update internal trackers,
• Report issues encountered in the different CMS,
• Perform related duties as assigned by the lead or manager.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field,
• 0 to 1 year of experience in a similar role or internship experience,
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook,
• Basic understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) and website administration,
• Experience in mobile and desktop quality assurance,
• Basic experience in website design and responsiveness,
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written,
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy,
• Ability to prioritize, balance, and organize multiple tasks efficiently,
• Good time management skills with flexibility in responding to changing deadlines and time pressures,
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays,
• Ability to work in a distributed, remote, and collaborative global team environment,
• Eagerness to participate in team training sessions, meetings, and daily check-ins,
• Fast learner.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of issue tracking tools, such as JIRA Cloud and Confluence,
• Basic understanding of SEO testing,
• Familiarity with AI tools.
