A financial services firm in the Philippines is looking for a candidate to manage client applications and assist DSA with requirements. Responsibilities include data entry, report preparation, and ensuring efficient communication with internal departments. Ideal candidates should be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and possess analytical abilities.
Leads to Trans in Conversion
1.Receive and review the process application from DSA
2.Data entry (CAM Creation) and coordinates with Credit Review Department
3.Maintain 1-2 hours TAT efficiency.
4.Helps DSA in the completion of the client’s requirements.
5.Attends to CRD’s concerns from time to time.
6.Manages reassessed accounts and coordinates lacking/additional documents for the client to provide.
Reports and Operational Efficiency
1.Communicates and coordinates with internal departments concerned regarding the inquiries and concerns of customers
2.Prepares and submits weekly and monthly reports of total leads to Trans in and TAT.
3.Performs other functions and duties that may be assigned from time to time.
