Job summary

Ikano-Retail in Makati seeks a seasoned FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial support for Digital Services. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to optimize investments and deliver insightful financial analyses that guide strategic decisions.

The role requires strong financial acumen, knowledge of IT service models and agile practices, plus the ability to build and maintain cost models, dashboards and governance processes.

Qualifications

• Strong financial acumen and solid grasp of financial concepts.
• Knowledge of Digital/IT service models, cost drivers and investment planning.
• Broad business understanding with IKEA Retail and shopping centre context.
• Awareness of new technology trends and potential benefits.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, business plan and forecast cycles for Digital Services.
• Ensure timely, accurate submissions aligned with corporate assumptions.
• Partner with Finance and Business Navigation to review costs and optimize investments.
• Drive cost transparency and budget control with variance analysis.
• Prepare and present Digital Board materials with financial insights.
• Develop and maintain digital KPIs and dashboards for performance management.
• Own and evolve planning processes, governance routines, and reporting frameworks.
• Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and governance.
• Enhance collaboration tools across teams.
