The role requires experience in enterprise program delivery, Agile practices, and a proven track record of transforming business processes while maintaining strong governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large digital enterprise‑level programs in financial services.
• Ability to build long-lasting client relationships and lead sales calls.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management.
• Payments or retail banking/merchants domain knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
