Xerox Philippines is seeking a Digital Marketing Producer to manage digital content projects from planning through production launch. You will support Digital Marketing Managers and Leads across Xerox's corporate websites, ensuring multilingual content quality and timely delivery.

You will build pages in CMS platforms, coordinate with development teams, apply SEO best practices, and generate analytics reports to optimize campaigns and site experiences.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
• 2–4 years of experience with web CMS (AEM, Contentful, WordPress) or similar.
• Experience building multilingual web pages and content integrations.
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Experience using web analytics platforms (GA, Adobe Analytics).
• Solid knowledge of SEO principles and implementation practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to manage changing requirements, priorities, and timelines.

Mansioni

• Partner with stakeholders and agencies to define and document requirements for new/updated web content.
• Create, update, and publish global web pages per specifications and processes.
• Build and maintain multilingual web content using CMS platforms.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, estimates, deliverables, and timelines.
• Track progress and communicate status, risks, dependencies, and next steps.
• Coordinate technical implementation requirements with development teams.
• Conduct QA reviews to ensure content accuracy and timely delivery.
• Prepare reports on website performance and analytics.
• Apply SEO best practices to support content optimization.
• Train team members on content management processes and publishing workflows.
• Contribute to brand campaigns and website optimization initiatives.
