YOUR ROLE.

The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the execution and optimization of CohnReznick's global website strategy, helping strengthen brand awareness, improve online visibility, and drive lead generation across industry verticals and buyer roles. This role manages day-to-day website operations, content updates, landing page development, and ongoing website enhancements while implementing SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices.

Working closely with the U.S.-based marketing team, the digital marketing team and manager based in Chennai, internal business stakeholders, and external development partners, the specialist helps maintain and enhance the firm's digital presence, website performance, and overall user experience.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Website Management & Content Administration

• Build, update, and maintain web pages within the firm's content management system (CMS).
• Execute daily website content updates, including landing pages, corporate content, thought leadership materials, and recruiting content.
• Create new website pages and support ongoing website enhancements to improve functionality, content accessibility, and user experience.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure website content is accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards.

SEO, AEO & GEO Optimization

• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, rankings, and website traffic.
• Support Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives to strengthen the firm's visibility across search engines and AI-driven platforms.
• Optimize website content, metadata, and page structures in accordance with established search and accessibility best practices.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend opportunities to improve website discoverability and performance.

Website Performance & Analytics

• Track, generate, and review website performance reports for digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
• Analyze website metrics and user behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Support the measurement and optimization of website performance, campaign effectiveness, and lead generation initiatives.

User Experience & Conversion Optimization

• Design and build conversion rate-optimized web pages to support lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Apply UI/UX principles and accessibility best practices to enhance website usability and visitor experience.
• Support website testing and enhancements to improve page performance, navigation, and content engagement.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based content and creative teams, the digital marketing team in Chennai, internal business units, and external developers to execute website projects and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate project timelines, track deliverables, and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Utilize project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, JIRA, and Slack to manage ongoing projects and website enhancements.
• Support the execution of the digital roadmap and contribute to continuous improvement of website operations and processes.

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience managing corporate websites and implementing SEO strategies.

Experience working with content management systems (CMS), preferably Optimizely or a similar digital experience or content experience platform.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, UI/UX principles, and website content management.

Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as Moz.

Understanding of on-page and off-page SEO practices, with familiarity with AEO and GEO concepts preferred.

Experience with website analytics, performance reporting, and conversion rate optimization.

Ability to troubleshoot website issues and coordinate technical enhancements with developers.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and competing priorities.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn new digital tools and technologies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
