Job summary

JAV Resource Corporation in the Philippines seeks a creative Digital Marketing Associate to elevate our brand across digital platforms. You will design eye-catching graphics, assist light video/photo editing, and support integrated campaigns to boost online engagement.

Working with the marketing team, you will ensure brand consistency, develop assets for social channels, email newsletters, and website banners, and collaborate on content calendars to drive awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or related field.
• Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and Illustrator).
• Video and photo editing experience with tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, Lightroom or Canva Video Editor.
• Strong eye for aesthetics, typography, color theory, and digital design trends.
• Portfolio or work samples showing graphic design and social media asset creation is required.

Responsibilities

• Visual Asset Creation: Produce graphics for social posts, newsletters, website banners, and promos following brand guidelines.
• Content & Media Support: Edit short-form video content and enhance photos for digital distribution.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure assets follow brand guidelines across all platforms.
• Campaign Assistance: Help plan, schedule, and execute social media content calendars and digital campaigns.
• Collaboration: Brainstorm fresh ideas with the marketing team to boost awareness and engagement.
