Job summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Digital Graphic Designer to craft high-quality digital assets across paid advertising, e-commerce, social media, email, and CRM. You will ensure alignment with brand guidelines and create engaging creatives for performance-focused campaigns.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of graphic design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI image tools. Join a fast-paced team delivering premium brand experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, e-commerce, advertising, and brand design.
• Strong proficiency in: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Hands-on experience designing creative for Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
• Good understanding of digital design specs, responsive layouts, asset resizing, multi-format production.
• Strong typography, layout, color, imagery, and visual composition.
• Ability to work within a brand and adapt for different markets and channels.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and collaborating with marketing and media teams.
• Attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AI-powered image generation tools (Firefly, Midjourney, Higgsfield, Nano Banana) is an advantage.
• Experience in retail/furniture/interiors/lifestyle/fashion/e-commerce is highly regarded.
• Figma experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create digital assets for Meta, Google, and other paid advertising campaigns.
• Design website and e-commerce creative including banners and landing pages.
• Develop social media content and campaign creative across digital channels.
• Adapt existing brand assets for different markets while maintaining visual standards.
• Produce creative for promotions, launches, seasonal campaigns, and sales.
• Collaborate with Performance Media Specialist to iterate based on results.
• Resize and adapt creative across multiple formats, placements, and specs.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, typography, imagery, color, and identity.
• Support email marketing, newsletters, and CRM creative.
• Assist with print collateral like brochures and signage when needed.
• Manage multiple design requests and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has strong visual taste, experience working within established brand guidelines, and the ability to create engaging, performance-focused creative while maintaining a consistent premium brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Create digital assets for Meta, Google, and other paid advertising campaigns.
• Design website and e-commerce creative, including homepage banners, landing page graphics, promotional tiles, and product campaign assets.
• Develop social media content and campaign creative across relevant digital channels.
• Adapt existing brand assets for different markets while maintaining established visual standards.
• Produce creative for promotions, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and sales activities.
• Work closely with the Performance Media Specialist to develop and iterate creative based on campaign results
• Resize and adapt creative across multiple advertising formats, placements, and specifications.
• Maintain consistency with established brand guidelines, typography, imagery, color, and visual identity.
• Support email marketing, newsletters, and CRM creative as required.
• Assist with print and physical marketing collateral, including brochures, signage, catalogues, and promotional materials, when needed.
• Manage multiple design requests and meet campaign deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in retail, furniture, interiors, lifestyle, fashion or e-commerce is highly regarded.
• Professional experience with Figma is highly preferred.
