Job summary

Grundfos in the Philippines is seeking a Digital Compliance & Transformation Officer & Data Protection Officer to shape the digital legal architecture, drive standardization, and support privacy operations across our global footprint.

You will build scalable, audit-ready privacy and legal processes, lead automation efforts, and act as the Philippine DPO, coordinating with IT, HR, procurement and business units to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, information systems, data and technology or similar.
• 5–6 years’ relevant experience in privacy/compliance or DPO roles.
• Experience driving automation and process optimization in legal/privacy domains.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable, audit-ready digital legal and privacy processes.
• Drive automation across legal and privacy workflows to improve efficiency.
• Act as Data Protection Officer for the Philippines, managing data subject requests and incidents.
• Coordinate work with IT, HR, Procurement, business units and external advisors.
