Role Overview

The Digital Analytics Specialist is responsible for implementing and maintaining digital tracking solutions, validating data accuracy, and delivering actionable insights to optimize user experience and marketing performance. This role ensures proper event instrumentation across web and product platforms and supports cross‑functional teams with analytics expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Tracking & Tag Management

    • Manage web event lifecycle (approval, fixes, resolution).
    • Implement and maintain tracking tags across CMS and product environments.
    • Ensure global product event instrumentation (e.g., page name consistency)
  • Data Quality & Validation

    • Validate data between systems (e.g., Data Lake and Mixpanel) and detect anomalies.
    • Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies promptly.
  • Analytics & Reporting

    • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for digital performance.
    • Monitor KPIs and provide insights to marketing and product teams.
  • Traffic & Technical Support

    • Manage traffic configurations (e.g., user agent flags).
    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Process & Documentation

    • Standardize analytics processes and maintain documentation.
    • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Stakeholder Support

    • Provide user support for analytics tools and platforms.
    • Act as a liaison between marketing, product, and data teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital analytics, web tagging, or data validation.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Experience with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch).
  • Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and web technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Skills
