Job summary

Globalport Terminals Inc. is seeking a skilled technician to inspect and repair vehicles, machinery, and light trucks, including performance of PMS and component assembly. You will monitor inventory and support maintenance inspections while ensuring safety and reliability of critical equipment.

The role requires hands-on experience with diesel and heavy equipment, a TESDA NC II certificate, and a valid driver’s license. Willingness to work longer hours and shifting schedules is needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Vocational or High School with relevant hands-on training.
• At least 2 years experience operating heavy equipment.
• TESDA NC II Certificate holder, with driver's license.
• Proven work experience as a diesel or heavy equipment technician.
• Flexible to work longer hours when required and willing to shift.

Responsibilities

• Overhaul, repair, maintain, adjust and service automotive equipment.
• Inspect equipment and determine troubles/defects and corrective actions.
• Perform diagnostic tests on pumps, transmissions, diff, compressors and engines; repair as needed.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned by superiors.
