Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs and evaluates the total implementation of the nursing care plan.
• Maintains the unit's daily operations by ensuring adequate personnel, equipment and supplies.
• Manages and guides the staff nurses in the performance of their duties and responsibilities.
• Informs and reports to his/her superiors about the unit's condition and concerns.
