Cambridge University Press & Assessment in Makati is seeking a dedicated DevOps Engineer to own delivery automation for CRM platforms, with a focus on Salesforce CI/CD, AWS, and Grafana observability. This is a permanent, hybrid role requiring collaboration across engineering teams to push secure, reliable changes across development, testing and production environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong infrastructure and cloud skills, hands-on experience with Terraform/CloudFormation,

Qualifications

• Experience owning production systems end-to-end with focus on reliability and security.
• Strong knowledge of modern cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Automation and IaC, CI/CD, Git workflows demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Design, operate, and secure AWS infrastructure with cost optimization.
• Drive end-to-end automation through CI/CD pipelines and IaC.
• Implement platform engineering practices including observability and policy as code.
• Maintain containerized and serverless environments (Kubernetes, ECS/EKS, Lambda).
• Develop Grafana dashboards and alerts for service health and cost visibility.
