Job summary

TechTiera Corporation is seeking a DevOps Engineer to enhance CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will design scalable architectures, automate deployments with Helm and GitLab CI, and work with Docker, Kubernetes and monitoring tools to ensure reliability.

You will collaborate with development teams to streamline automation pipelines, support critical services, and help build geo‑distributed infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, information technology or related fields.
• 3–5 years’ experience with DevOps tools and cloud/on-prem deployments.
• Experience with Ansible, Maven, JIRA and programming languages like Java; REST API exposure.

Responsibilities

• CI/CD in cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Design, maintain and evolve architectures and automation for zero-downtime deployment.
• Research, integrate and automate deployment of multiple tools/services.
• Work with Docker, Grafana and Kubernetes to scale and monitor microservices.
• Use Helm and GitLab CI to automate deployments.
• Collaborate with development teams to set up automation pipelines and resolve problems.
• Partner with other DevOps engineers to craft optimal solutions.
• Build geo‑distributed infrastructure.
• Participate in on‑call schedule to provide server/technical support.

Job description

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any related courses
• At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in Ansible, Maven, JIRA and key programming language and technologies including Java, REST API,
• Experience in Linux/Windows AWS, Kuburnetes, Docker and Monitoring Tools (Grafana)
• Experience with administer application servers, web servers and database including Jboss, Tomcat, MySQL, PostGres, DB2
• Knowledgeable and experience using SOAP services testing and tools used such as Ready API/SoapUI Pro
• Amenable to work in Makati City (On-site)
