Job summary

Ivoclar Vivadent Services & Support, Inc. is seeking a DevOps Engineer - Global IT to design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, implement IaC across cloud and on-prem environments, and automate deployments with a focus on security and observability.

The role involves collaborating with global teams, supporting containerized environments, and driving DevSecOps practices to ensure platform reliability and scalable software delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Several years of experience in DevOps Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Operations.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Bicep, or similar.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure; AWS or Google Cloud experience is a plus.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar languages.
• Understanding of monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, IT security principles, and infrastructure automation.
• Strong English communication skills; German language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities
