Job summary

Ivoclar EMEA is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and IaC across cloud, hybrid, and on‑prem environments. You will automate deployments, support Docker and Kubernetes, and work with cross‑functional teams to foster DevOps best practices.

The role emphasizes security, observability, and documentation, with opportunities to contribute to modernization initiatives and global IT projects. Strong English communication is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Several years of experience in DevOps Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Operations.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Bicep, or similar.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure; AWS or Google Cloud experience is a plus.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar languages.
• Understanding of monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, IT security principles, and infrastructure automation.
• Strong English communication skills; German language skills are an advantage.
