Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a DevOps Administrator to operate and evolve reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure in a modern engineering environment. You will work hands-on with Linux systems, containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and IaC, contributing to monitoring, backups, and automated deployments.

You'll collaborate across teams to improve reliability of core services, influence infrastructure standards, and tackle complex technical challenges.

Qualifications

• Must have strong Linux system administration and automation experience.
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD and IaC tools (Ansible, Terraform).
• Git workflows and version-controlled infrastructure are required.
• Monitoring/observability and VMware experience are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues and document resolutions.
• Configure and improve monitoring and incident-management processes.
• Design and implement backup strategies for resilience and continuity.
• Develop and maintain automated deployment processes and IaC solutions.
• Collaborate across teams to enable automated monitoring of core services.
• Review Grafana dashboards for accuracy and drive data quality improvements.
• Administer VMware infrastructure and test new vendor implementations.
• Contribute to standards, automation initiatives, and optimization projects.
