Job summary

Greatwall Ventures OPC seeks a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounting activities. Fresh graduates with accounting knowledge are welcome to apply and will receive training in invoicing, reporting, and reconciliation.

Ideal candidates have basic accounting knowledge, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accountancy, Management Accounting, Business Administration, or other related courses.
• With bookkeeping/accounting experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Willing to learn and adapt to company procedures.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication, record-keeping skills, and strong personality.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and bookkeeping records.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and account summaries.
• Reconcile bank and other financial records.
• Monitor daily collections, expenses, and other financial transactions.
• Perform other bookkeeping and accounting-related tasks as assigned.
