• Qualification in Accounting, Bookkeeping or related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provides accounting and clerical support to the Accounting Division.
• Monitors payments and expenditures; prepares vouchers and checks as required.
• Settles payables by verifying invoices, receipts, POs, and contracts.
• Pays vendors by scheduling payouts and ensuring payment receipt.
• Prepares Accounts Payable aging and reconciles subsidiary ledgers.
• Maintains vendor master files and documentation.
• Assists in preparation of tax returns and VAT-related filings.
• Performs clerical tasks and handles confidential financial information.
