Job summary

Sumidenso Automotive Technologies Asia Corporation invites applications for a manufacturing/product engineering role in the Philippines. The candidate should bring 3–5 years of experience, with a track record in project management and root cause analysis, and involvement in NPI and product development in manufacturing settings.

Fresh graduates are welcome; a BS in Engineering and proficiency with MS Office and documentation are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years working experience in manufacturing and/or product engineering.
• Must have experience in project management and root cause analysis.
• Involved in various design, development and engineering activities in terms of new product introduction in a manufacturing environment.
• Involved in practical design and engineering for product development in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in automotive wiring harness design and development is a definite advantage.
• Excellence in written and verbal communication and with strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be knowledgeable in computer operation and software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must have knowledge in documentation and technical/report writing.
• Graduate of BS Degree in Engineering related courses.
