Job summary

WSP Global Inc. in Pasig is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join the Building Services - Design team. This role focuses on electrical design of building services and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality design outputs.

The candidate should have a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and at least 7 years of relevant experience, with REE as a plus. Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 7 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) is a plus
• Knowledge in Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, Revit (Electrical System), Section J6, PowerCad-5, AGI and Dialux
• Knowledge in Lightning, Power, Security and Data Layouts Schematic Design and Single Lines

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for building services and associated works.
• Maintain records of all drawings per QA procedures.
• Coordinate with WSP personnel, partners local and foreign affiliates, and clients.
• Liaise with other disciplines within the design team.
• Manage and control outputs according to the design work program.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Assist with training and development of subordinates.
• Use electrical software and 3D modelling to develop electrical system designs.
• Carry out any assignments given by management.

Job Description

WSP, a world leading management and consultancy firm, is seeking Electrical Design Engineer to join their Building Services - Design team.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Responsible for the Electrical design of building services and associated systems of work.

Manage and maintain the record of all incoming and outgoing drawings from the office in accordance with WSP QA procedures.

Liaison with WSP personnel and WSP's partners both local and foreign affiliates and clients.

Liaise and coordinate with other disciplines of the design team.

Manage and control outputs in accordance with the design work program.

Attend meeting when required.

Carry out any assignments that will be given from time to time by the management.

At all times exhibit behaviour, consistent with that of a professional member of WSP.

Assist with the training and development of subordinates.

Assist in multidisciplinary project activities.

Use of electrical software and 3D modelling to develop electrical system designs.

Other duties as required by management from time to time.

Qualifications
