Job summary

Accenture Strategy & Consulting in the Philippines seeks a seasoned UI/UX designer to lead design initiatives for digital products and services. You will craft wireframes, flows, IA, and prototypes, building scalable design systems and collaborating with clients to shape product strategies.

You will drive UX research, create personas, and run workshops to translate complex requirements into intuitive experiences while partnering with developers for precise implementation.

• Requirement Gathering - Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather user requirements within the defined scope.
• UX Research - Benchmark practices, create personas from research and data, perform heuristic evaluation.
• UX Design - Deliver high-quality design solutions through wireframes, flows, storyboards, IA and prototypes; create design systems.
• Design and create visually appealing, intuitive and functional user interfaces for client's products and systems.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented according to specifications.
• User Experience Testing – Design and perform UX testing with customers and gather feedback on usability, accessibility and desirability.

The Practice – A Brief Sketch

The GN Song practice is aligned to the Global Network Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Marketing Transformation, Connected Commerce and Advanced Customer Experience. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner. You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance.

As part of the team, you will drive the following:

• Requirement Gathering - Collaborate closely with product managers & other stakeholders to gather user requirements within the defined scope
• UX Research - Drive best practices & principles through benchmarking. Create personas through user research and data. Perform Heuristic evaluation of the existing experience & highlight the gaps.
• UX Design - Deliver high-quality design solutions through wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, information architecture and prototypes. Create Design System such as navigation components, search boxes, page ribbons, tabs, widgets, CTAs, carousels, in-app banners etc for digital assets
• Design and create visually appealing, intuitive and functional user interfaces for client's products and systems
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and according to design specifications.
• User Experience Testing – Design & perform UX testing with customers & gather feedback around protype's usability, accessibility & desirability.

Work closely with clients to develop wireframes meeting their design & experience objectives: Apply experiences underpinned by customer behaviors, motivations and relevance, to help shape and design digital products. Aside from a keen eye for design details, you will have a strong sense of behavioral science: Identify and articulate nuanced insights. Bring your strong experience in shaping and driving engagements and ability to lead UI / UX design projects independently Drive change by communicating compelling design story to develop and impact the product strategy and design #LI-PH

Your experience counts! Familiarity with enterprise-level product development and consulting environments. Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing visual design and interface design excellence. Demonstrated ability to lead design workshops and synthesize complex requirements into actionable design plans. Strong background in user-centered design methodologies and design thinking. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills For Non-Executive role, minimum 4 years of UI/UX design for digital products & services For Executive role, min 10 years' professional design experience with background in managing design operations, systems, and delivery pipelines. Experience working in Banking and Insurance industries or the Government sector is a big plus.
