Job summary

Resource One Corporation in Binan, Laguna is seeking a Delivery Truck Driver to join our logistics team. You will prepare, load, unload and deliver goods, verify order details, handle delivery documents, and maintain the vehicle.

Schedule is Monday to Friday with a rice subsidy and potential salary increases. A high school diploma and a valid Professional Driver's License with DL Codes A, B, B1 and B2 are required.

Qualifications

• At least a High School graduate.
• Physically capable of loading, unloading, and other delivery tasks.
• Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License with DL Codes A, B, B1, & B2 and be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle (4-wheel truck).
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to work effectively with a team.
• Punctual, responsible, and detail oriented.
• Willing to travel for deliveries and work overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, load, unload, and safely handle goods to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Verify quantities and item details against delivery documents before loading and dispatch.
• Properly handle and return required delivery documents, including Delivery Receipts (DR), Sales Invoices (SI), and applicable PEZA forms.
• Report delivery concerns, discrepancies, delays, or customer complaints promptly to the immediate supervisor.
• Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the delivery truck and ensure timely liquidation of cash advances and other delivery-related expenses.

Compensation & Benefits

The successful candidate shall receive the following:

• Working schedule (Monday to Friday)
