Job summary

Cold Link Asia Logistics Corporation in the Philippines seeks a reliable helper to support truck operations. You will assist in loading and unloading, prepare stocks for layout, and ensure accuracy of deliveries against documents.

Your role requires attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility. You will uphold safety rules, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and safeguard cargo throughout trips, while helping drivers with routing and problem-solving as needed.

Qualifications

• Must follow 11 General Orders for Helpers precisely.
• Ensure proper handling of deliveries and loading/unloading.
• Verify quantity and quality against delivery documents.

Responsibilities

• Leads loading and unloading of company products.
• Primarily responsible for preparing the stocks for layout and client verification of products delivered.
• Checks merchandise and packages per SKU in terms of quantity and quality versus applicable Delivery documents.
• Ensure that truck temperature is within standard level, depending on product requirement.
• Assists the truck driver in the maneuver of the vehicle in reaching their destination.
• Assists the truck driver in the trouble-shooting of truck breakdown.
• Helps maintain the internal and external cleanliness of the truck at all times.
• Responsible for the safekeeping of the cargo, goods or merchandise to avoid shortages or loss.
• Secures delivery permits (NMIS), bill of lading, Customs permit and other port related documents.
• Reports to work on time in his assigned delivery schedule.
