Responsibilities

• Assist drivers in securing all delivery documents, including delivery receipts.

• Handle the loading and unloading of items for both delivery and pick-up.
• Possess knowledge of proper cargo arrangement and lashing procedures.
• Verify items for delivery based on delivery receipts to ensure accuracy.
• Accompany the driver to assigned delivery locations.
• Coordinate with customers on-site for proof of delivery.
• Handle goods with proper care and adhere to handling requirements.
• Provide directions and navigation assistance to the driver.
• Assist in basic troubleshooting and emergency repairs.
• Adhere to safety policies, traffic rules, and operational procedures.
• Report delivery issues, delays, and damaged items to the Superior.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational efficiency.
