Job summary

Cold Link Asia Logistics Corporation in Samar/Calbayog requires a Delivery Helper to support loading and unloading of products, and to prepare stocks for layout for client inspection. You will check SKUs against delivery documents and help maintain truck cleanliness and cargo security.

The role includes assisting drivers during trips, securing permits and documents, and upholding delivery procedures with punctuality and professional conduct. Training on safety and hygiene is provided.

Responsibilities

• Leads in the loading and unloading of company products
• Primarily responsible for preparing the stocks for layout and counterchecking by clients of products delivered
• Checks merchandise and packages per SKU in terms of quantity and quality versus applicable Delivery documents.
• Observes the 11 General Orders for Helpers and assists the Driver in the observance of delivery procedures
• Ensures that truck temperature is within standard level and assists in truck maneuver and troubleshooting
• Maintains cleanliness of the truck and safekeeping of cargo to prevent shortages or loss
• Secures delivery permits and related documents and reports to work on time
• Acts as a representative of the Company to Clients and Customers and may lead when required
• Performs other duties inherent to the Helper position as assigned
