Job summary

A logistics company in Metro Manila is seeking a candidate for a delivery position responsible for processing client orders, ensuring accurate deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal applicant must be physically fit, possess good communication skills, and have a valid Professional Driver’s License. Duties include preparing sales invoices, handling payments, and assisting in store upkeep. Sales experience is preferred, and knowledge in inventory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process the client’s orders through the Below 10K Delivery Service.
• Prepare accurate orders based on the Sales Order Form.
• Deliver client’s orders and receive payments.
• Deliver orders to clients.
• Receive payments and provide change as needed.
• Prepare CSR for deliveries made that day.
• Submit remittance to the Outlet Cashier.
• Report daily sales in the GC.
• Issue Collection Receipts as needed.
• Report client concerns to the Outlet Cashier.
• Prepare and submit required reports.
• Assist Outlet Cashier to keep the outlet clean and presentable.
• Act as Reliever Cashier when the Outlet Cashier is on leave or reports to Head Office.

Responsibilities

• Process the client’s order received thru the Below 10K Delivery Service GC.
• Prepare the order indicated on the Sales Order Form, making sure that the products are accurate and precise as to its Product Description, Packaging and Quantity.
• Prepare the Sales Invoice for all the deliveries under Below 10K Delivery.
• Actual delivery of the client’s order.
• Receive payment and give financial change (as needed).
• Prepare the Cash Sales Report (CSR) for the deliveries made within the day.
• Prepare and submit the remittance to the Outlet Cashier.
• Report daily sales (based on actual delivery) in the respective GC.
• Issue Collection Receipt as needed.
• Report to concerned Outlet Cashier any concerns raised by the client.
• Prepares and submit reportorial requirements.
• Assist the Outlet Cashier in keeping the outlet clean, tidy and presentable at all time.
• Act as a Reliever Cashier when the Outlet Cashier is on leave, absent or has to report to the Head Office (as needed).
