DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivery Work

• Picks up and delivers packages, documents, and other items to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintains accurate records of deliveries, including recipient signatures and delivery times.
• Communicates effectively with customers and internal staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of items.
• Handles packages and documents with care to prevent damage or loss during transit.
• Accompany the driver for high-end or key clients to ensure proper communication and verification.

Collection Work

1. Correct payments and recorded
2. Payments submitted to accounting on schedule
3. Professional handling of customer inquiries
4. Complete and accurate collection reports
5. Prompt reporting of payment issues

Efficient and Safe Transportation

• Complies with company policies on proper use, handling, and maintenance of assigned vehicle/s (motorcycle).
• Coordinates delivery routes to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.
• Can use Waze and Google Maps for routing.
• Follows safety protocols and traffic laws while driving company vehicles or using personal transportation for deliveries.

Administrative Support

• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as sorting mail, filing documents, completing banking transactions and running other errands.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any delivery-related issues or concerns in a professional manner.

Additional Tasks

• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
