Job summary

WPP Production is seeking a Hub Delivery Manager to oversee global production output across multiple disciplines. You will lead delivery teams, coordinate with GEO studios, and ensure high-quality output at scale while maintaining efficient, compliant processes.

You will drive resourcing, plan workflows, and implement improvements to SLAs and KPIs, fostering collaboration and innovation within a hybrid/onsite hub in Manila.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-studio production teams and delivering localized assets.
• Proficient in print, color retouching, and digital artwork workflows using Adobe suite.
• Knowledge of image production needs for websites, HTML, POS, Motion Graphics and email marketing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of all output for the Hub across multiple disciplines.
• Lead, train and motivate Hub delivery teams to meet industry standards.
• Be the senior liaison for GEO delivery teams and manage relationships between Hub and GEO studios.
• Ensure resource planning aligns with scope, drive productivity and future-proofing.
• Drive consistency in production processes and cross-training across teams.
• Plan staffing against scope requirements and optimise production efficiency.
• Lead initiatives to improve production metrics and SLAs.
• Communicate recommendations and solutions to stakeholders clearly.
• Identify and mitigate risks and implement recovery plans when needed.

What will the Delivery Manager do at WPP Production?

Our Hub Delivery Manager will have overall responsibility for all output, overseeing Production for global teams across multiple disciplines. Strong technical knowledge will enable you to succeed as you will deliver quality at scale and build a positive, inclusive environment where individuals can thrive and do their best work.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of all output from the Hub, delivering the best quality production at every stage.
• Leadership - lead, train and motivate Hub delivery teams to ensure output is inline with industry standards
• Communication - Senior stakeholder contact for GEO delivery teams, responsible for relationship health between Hub and GEO studios
• Resourcing - ensure resourcing requirements are inline with delivery needs whilst driving productivity and utilisation. Ensure resource is future facing and able to adapt to short and long term needs
• Alignment - drive consistency in all production processes, promoting cross-training and utilisation
• Planning - expert resourcing against scope requirements, ensuring the right talent for the job
• Optimisation - proactively drive production efficiency inline within our business needs, ensuring SLAs and KPls are continuously achieved. Partner with SMEs and
• Production Leadership to drive improvements and deliver optimisation.
• Innovation - implement and deliver global innovation programs at Hub delivery level
• Reporting - Working with the Hub Operations Lead and wider teams using data and insight to drive improvements and efficiencies
• Solutions focused - Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders on recommendations and solutions as part of planning, briefing and overall quality. Understand priorities and define viable approaches to deliver against these, removing barriers and finding solutions
• Risk Management - Identify and mitigate risk. Directly intervene and manage the recovery plan whenever required

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills, managing a team servicing multiple stakeholders
• Extensive creative production experience producing localized assets and designs
• In-depth technical knowledge of print, colour retouching, and digital artwork production processes and best practices using Adobe suite
• Knowledge of image and production-specific needs for image reproduction; including website builds, HTML, POS, Motion Graphics and email marketing
• Flexible, creative, solution-oriented individual with extensive experience in campaign delivery
• Experience building and delivering effective training programs
• Able to use metrics, data and insights to drive efficiency and best practice
• Hiring manager experience. Able to brief recruitment partners and identify the best talent in market
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking ability and passion for the work are essential
• A hands-on, can-do approach to solving problems
• Amenable to work Hybrid and Onsite in BGC
