Qualifications

• Preferably Senior High School Graduate.
• Preferably with driving skills and Professional license restriction code A to C.
• Familiar with the nationwide geographical locations (NCR, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao).
• Basic computer literacy.
• Good in oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Review orders prior to delivery.
• Perform vehicle inspection before departing.
• Load delivery items safely and efficiently.
• Transport, unload and deliver items in a safe and secure manner.
• Follow customer specifications regarding delivery.
• Adhere to time and route schedules.
• Navigate routes using relevant map programs.
• Determine the best routes considering traffic congestion.
• Communicate traffic delays to dispatch as needed.
• Obtain delivery confirmation from customers.
• Utilize appropriate technology to manage delivery process.
• Accept payments for delivered items.
• Handle customer questions and concerns.
• Check orders post-delivery to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a driving and delivery log according to policies.
• Prepare reports and documentation as required.
