Qualifications

• Valid professional driver's license.
• Own or borrow a motorcycle or van in good condition.
• Updated vehicle registration (OR/CR) and clear background checks (NBI/Police).
• Android smartphone with data and camera.
• Ability to lift heavy packages and drive long hours.

Responsibilities

• Package parcels at hub before departure.
• Use navigation apps to map efficient delivery paths.
• Secure packages on motorcycles or delivery vehicles.
• Handover parcels to customers within the scheduled timeframe.
• Handle Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions accurately.
• Return collected cash and undelivered parcels to the hub daily.
• Resolve delivery issues politely and professionally.
