Job summary

Hexagon Group of Companies seeks an experienced delivery driver to conduct daily truck inspections, load and unload goods, and ensure accurate delivery documentation. You will follow traffic regulations, operate warehouse equipment, and maintain safety standards on all client routes.

The role requires a valid driver's license, at least 1 year in a similar position, physical stamina, and GPS navigation familiarity. Residence in Bulacan is preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with restriction codes for operating delivery trucks.
• At least 1 year of proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to handle manual tasks.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, routes, and delivery demands.
• Familiarity with using GPS devices or navigation systems.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is advantageous.
• Preferably residing in Bulacan (Guiguinto, San Jose, Barasoain, Malolos, Pulong Gubat).

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of the delivery truck.
• Safely stores and maintains truck tools and equipment and cleans the truck.
• Observes traffic rules and safety protocols within premises and at client locations.
• Operates warehouse machinery and equipment as required.
• Verifies sales invoices/receipts against stock before loading for accuracy.
• Ensures AR/CR booklet is present before departure.
• Assists with stock unloading as needed.
• Submits daily expense liquidations to the Delivery Officer.
• Ensures correct SI/DR numbers and customer signatures.
• Checks SI against trip tickets before leaving dispatch.
• Maintains contact with the delivery supervisor on progress.
• Reports incidents or accidents using the Incident Report.
• Attends early trips during high delivery volume.
• Reports discrepancies on collections and product quantities.
• Prepares accurate freight waybills for transport companies.
• Assists Warehouse Stock Controller in loading products.
• Provides backup support to the Delivery Officer during emergencies.
• Performs additional tasks to support operational efficiency.
