Delivery Services:

• Transport and deliver water containers to residential, commercial, or industrial customers as per the delivery schedule.
• Ensure the correct quantity and type of water containers are delivered to each customer.
• Load and unload water containers safely and efficiently.

Customer Interaction:

• Provide courteous and professional service during deliveries.
• Address customer inquiries or complaints and report unresolved issues to the supervisor.
• Collect payment for deliveries if required and issue receipts.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Inspect the delivery vehicle daily to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Report any mechanical issues or damages to the vehicle promptly.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.

Operational Support:

• Assist in loading water containers at the station before deliveries.
• Help with basic maintenance tasks at the water station when not on delivery duty.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines during all operations.
