Responsibilities

• Handle RTV policy: return to vendor for affected items.
• Clean crates and company vehicles before and after delivery.
• Inspect vehicle condition and perform basic vehicle troubleshooting.
• Monitor condition of vehicles, trucks, and freezers distributed to clients.
• Report repairs, maintenance, and other concerns to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job description

The Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of products, materials, and consumables to clients, suppliers, and stores. The role also ensures proper handling of delivery documents, returned products, and the cleanliness and basic maintenance of company vehicles.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver products, materials, and consumable items to clients, suppliers, and stores.

• Pick up and properly return Sales Invoices and Delivery Receipts for completed or unsuccessful deliveries.

• Handle the pull-out and replacement of products under the Return to Vendor (RTV) policy.

• Clean crates and company vehicles before and after delivery.

• Inspect the general condition of vehicles and perform basic vehicle troubleshooting.

• Monitor the condition of company vehicles, trucks, and freezers distributed to clients.

• Report required vehicle repairs, maintenance, oil changes, and other concerns to the immediate superior.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Vocational course graduate with certification, or at least 2 years of college education.

• Must have a valid Professional Driver’s License.

• Less than 1 year of experience is required; relevant driving experience is an advantage.

• Knowledgeable in safe driving, basic vehicle troubleshooting, and vehicle maintenance.

• Strong integrity, customer service, social responsibility, and communication skills.

• Physically fit and willing to perform delivery-related tasks.

• Willing to work under varying conditions and schedules as required by delivery operations.
