Job summary

The role is based on-site at the Tuguegarao City campus, overseeing curriculum, accreditation, and industry partnerships to ensure a world-class IT education for students. The Dean will lead a team of BSIT faculty, drive program management, and represent the college in external forums.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within higher education.
• Strong track record in program management and curriculum development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for the BSIT program, aligning with institutional goals.
• Oversee BSIT curriculum development to stay current with industry demands.
• Manage and mentor BSIT faculty for excellence and collaboration.
• Coordinate with industry partners for internships and job placements for BSIT students.
• Lead accreditation and regulatory compliance efforts for the BSIT program.
• Represent the BSIT program in external forums and stakeholder engagements.
• Explore new technologies and pedagogical approaches to enhance the BSIT program.
