AMA Computer College Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as the Dean of our Pangasinan campus. This is a full-time position based in Pangasinan, Ilocos Region. As the Dean, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management to ensure the effective and efficient operations of our Pangasinan campus, contributing to the overall success of the college.

What you'll be doing

1. Oversee the academic programs, curricula, and course offerings at the Pangasinan campus to ensure they meet high standards of quality and relevance

2. Lead and manage the academic faculty, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities

3. Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategies that enhance the student experience and support the college's mission

4. Represent the Pangasinan campus in external engagements, such as industry events and community outreach initiatives

5. Foster a positive and inclusive campus culture that promotes academic excellence, innovation, and student success

What we're looking for

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an academic leadership role, preferably in the university or college setting

2. A master's degree or higher in Information Technology or Computer Science

3. Proven track record of successfully leading and managing academic programs, faculty, and campus operations

4. Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex educational environments
