Job summary

Global Dominion Financing Inc. is seeking a Sales Supervisor to oversee recruitment, training, and performance of Sales Representatives in order to meet financing product targets and sustain strong dealership relationships.

You will develop and implement strategies to increase sales and maintain partnerships with dealerships, and you will monitor loan productions, review applications, and resolve dealership concerns.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or any related course.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or branch operations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Computer-proficient and able to work under pressure.
